- 4 packets Profile Vegetarian Chili with Beans
- ½ red onion, diced
- 4 celery sticks, diced
- 1 (14.5 oz) can tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1-2 cups water, or more for desired consistency
- Heat crockpot on low and add all ingredients to crockpot. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours.
- Serve with fat-free sour cream and chopped scallions if desired.
