Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes

Could you possibly imagine eating pancakes on a nutrition plan? Try out this delicious pancake recipe and find out how good you can have it on Profile!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet Profile Cinnamon Swirl Plant-Based Protein Shake
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. butter extract
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips
  • 1 packet stevia

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a griddle or large skillet pan to medium-high heat.
  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and blend together.
  • Spray griddle or pan with non-stick spray. Drop batter into half dollar-size portions onto pan, should make 3 pancakes.
  • When holes appear in the center, flip over and continue cooking until golden brown.
