Serving Size: 2 pancakes


  • 1 package Profile Vanilla Cake Shake
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ c. water or unsweetened almond milk
  • Fat-free whipped topping


  1. Combine shake mix and baking powder in a small bowl. Stir to combine.

  2. Add water and whisked egg; stir lightly until combined.

  3. Spay a griddle pan with vegetable oil spray and place over medium-high heat. Drop one pancake onto a hot griddle.

  4. When holes appear in the center of pancake, flip over and continue cooking until golden brown. Repeat for additional batter.

  5. Top with fat-free whipped topping.
