Crockpot Chili

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 packets Profile Vegetarian Chili with Beans
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 4 celery sticks, diced
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1-2 cups water, or more for desired consistency

Directions:

  1. Heat crockpot on low and add all ingredients to crockpot. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours.
  3. Serve with fat-free sour cream and chopped scallions if desired.
