  • 1 package Profile Vanilla Shake
  • 1 tbsp. P3
  • 2 tbsp. Plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • Dash of cinnamon and nutmeg for flavor
  • Water


  1. Add yogurt to small blender and then add remaining dry ingredients and mix.
  2. Add 2 tbsp. of water at a time and stir until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Cover and freeze for 2 hours.
