Veggie Thai Pizza

Ditch the meat but not the flavor, with this delectable peanut Thai twist on pizza that has a ton of flavor packed into every bite.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Profile Pizza Crust
  • ¼ cup Profile Zesty Asian Vinaigrette
  • 1 tbsp. Profile Powdered Peanut Butter
  • Orange peppers as desired
  • Red peppers as desired
  • ¼ cup shredded carrots
  • Green onions as desired
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 ½ tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Mix Zesty Asian Vinaigrette and powdered peanut butter in a small bowl
  • Spread mixture onto pizza crust
  • Sprinkle parmesan cheese onto pizza
  • Slice peppers into thin long slices and put on pizza
  • Add shredded carrots
  • Finely chop green onions and add to pizza
  • Add spinach to pizza
  • Cook pizza according to package
  • Cut and enjoy!
