  • 1 package Profile Chocolate Brownie Shake
  • ½ cup water or unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp. P3
  • Sliced banana optional
  • Chia seeds optional


  • Combine ingredients in a glass bowl or mason jar.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or microwave for 60 seconds to enjoy warm.
