Mock “Potato” Salad

Salt and pepper
hard boiled, chopped
nonfat Greek yogurt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Slice cauliflower into small florets.
In a bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
