You can upgrade your Profile Basic Plan to a Profile Complete Plan by calling Profile at 866-209-2989 or by visiting a Profile store in your area. 

- Our Profile Basic Plan costs $49 per month. 

- You can get started with a Profile Premium Plan trial, and get two weeks for $49 dollars. Monthly pricing for our premium plan varies by location and plan. Contact your local Profile store for more information. Find your plan now by taking our simple quiz.

Our meal plans have a mixture of grocery food and Profile food to help our members reach their goals! The membership cost does not include the Profile food cost. To see the best results and get the most value from your program, you will purchase Profile foods either in-store or online. We have over 100 different food options ranging from great-tasting protein shakes, bars and snacks, to fresh prepared, convenient meals.

Though each plan varies, all of our plans offer you the option to use both grocery foods and Profile foods. We have dozens of Profile-approved recipes on our blog and delicious meal replacements available. If you want simple, fresh food options, we have ready-made Profile Fresh meals you can order online.
