Nick is the Director of Operations for Profile by Sanford in the San Antonio area. He has a B.S. in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida, Rosen College of Hospitality Management. Nick has lived in the state of Texas for the last three years and while not at work he enjoys spending time with his family and being active with his two dogs, Buddy & River.

Kendra is the Business Development Manager for Profile by Sanford in San Antonio. She has a B.S. in Political Science from Clemson University and an MBA from Texas A&M San Antonio. She is the primary representative for Profile within the San Antonio community and is responsible for forming partnerships with local employers and healthcare providers. When not working, she enjoys volunteering in the community, hiking, and spending time with her dog, Carolina.

Cameron Catlett is a certified health coach at Profile by Sanford. He has a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is an ex-athlete who is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. While spending many years playing sports, a major focus of his has been on diet and nutrition. Cameron understands the different challenges people face when trying to lose weight and he feels inspired to help people achieve their goals. Together, with motivation and cooperation, Cameron seeks to motivate his members along the health journey they desire to take.

Health tip: Dieting is a mental challenge as much as it is a physical one. To achieve the goals you seek, create a routine that will establish habits for success and keep in mind your “why” (the main purpose you want to lose weight).
Favorite Physical Activities: Playing basketball, doing core exercises at the gym, yoga.

Edgar is a Certified Profile Coach and a server at Maggiano’s. He graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Texas A&M International University in Laredo, TX. He later got his Master’s in Exercise Science from the University of Texas @ San Antonio. He is passionate about exercise and nutrition because he believes in the combination of both to help battle stress and be at one’s optimal self being, which is why he wants to help others. In his off time, he loves spending time with his beautiful 5-year-old daughter, Maya, and his beautiful wife June. He loves watching sports with his dad and eating home cook meals that his mom makes.

Health tip: Drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated. Try to stay away from bad foods and watch your portions. Exercise doesn’t necessarily mean working out at a gym. Find something you like and be consistent. That’s what’s going to be key for the long run in life. Get plenty of sleep to recover and stay at peak performance.
Favorite Physical Activities: Edgar enjoys weight training to help build muscle, but at the same time be flexible to move fast. He likes to be fit because he believes that’s what’s going to keep him healthy in the long run, and it makes him feel great.
Favorite place/thing to do in San Antonio: His favorite thing to do anywhere is spending time with his family. He believes family is everything. He loves watching movies with his daughter as well.

Jennifer is a Certified Profile Health Coach. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Texas State University. She is passionate about helping others reach their individual health goals. She believes that wellness is interconnected with all areas of life and achieving personal balance is the key to a healthy and happy life. When she’s not working, Jennifer enjoys gardening, exploring the outdoors, and finding new adventures. Jennifer and her husband Stewart welcomed their first baby in March, a little girl!

Health tip: Take time to connect with yourself. What makes you happiest in life? Take time to evaluate and remove the things that are making you unhappy and open the doors to allow you to take better care of yourself.

Kathryn is a Certified Health Coach at Profile by Sanford. She has a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from UIW and a master’s degree in health and kinesiology from UTSA. She has worked as a trainer and coach at LA Fitness and is passionate about fitness and living an overall healthy lifestyle.
Favorite Physical Activities: Other than lifting, I really enjoy hiking at different parks around the San Antonio area.
Favorite place/thing to do in San Antonio: I love to try local restaurants along with cooking new recipes along with reading and dancing. I like to make myself aware of ‘national day’ and I love to make puns #punfriday.

Rebecca is a Certified Profile Health Coach who works with anybody & everybody to help them improve their minds, bodies, & spirits. She believes that combining physical fitness, proper nutrition, & therapy is conducive to total wellness. Rebecca is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC Intern) and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She has a B.A. in Psychology from UT Brownsville and an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UT San Antonio. When she has free time, Rebecca loves tending to her succulent plants, reading/journaling, being active either doing races with her friends, or relaxing at the gym.

Health tip: Drink water! & take the time to find balance in all aspects of your life. This could include things such as: your mind, body, spirit, family, work. Poor health is often a result when your balance is out of sync.
