Veggie Thai Pizza

A recipe featuring Profile Pizza Crusts, Profile Powdered Peanut Butter and Profile Zesty Asian Vinaigrette.

Veggie Thai Pizza

  • 1 Profile Pizza Crust
  • ¼ cup Profile Zesty Asian Vinaigrette
  • 1 tbsp. Profile Powdered Peanut Butter
  • Orange peppers, as desired
  • Red peppers, as desired
  • ¼ cup shredded carrots
  • Green onions, as desired
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 ½ tbsp. Parmesan cheese


  1. Mix zesty Asian vinaigrette and powdered peanut butter in a small bowl
  2. Spread mixture onto pizza crust
  3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese onto pizza
  4. Slice peppers into thin long slices and put on pizza
  5. Add shredded carrots
  6. Finely chop green onions and add to pizza
  7. Add spinach to pizza
  8. Cook pizza according to package
  9. Cut and enjoy!
