Strawberry Pancakes

These simple Strawberry Pancakes are perfect for summer mornings. The recipe calls for only a few ingredients but has a delicious pop of fresh strawberry in every bite!
 Sweet and Healthy Strawberry Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 package Profile pancake mix
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (30) plus
  • 1 tbsp. water 
  • 1 cup strawberries just fruit no sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • vegetable oil spray
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place strawberries in a small microwave safe bowl, rinse with hot tap water then drain.
  2. Microwave strawberries on defrost for a few seconds until soft.
  3. Mash strawberries with a fork and add the Profile pancake mix.
  4. Add almond milk, water, and vanilla to mix and stir lightly then let set one minute.
  5. Spay a griddle pan with vegetable oil spray and place over medium-high heat.
  6. Drop one large pancake onto a hot griddle and when holes appear in the center of pancake, flip over and continue cooking until golden brown.
