Mini Pepper Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 bag 1 lb. mini bell peppers, halved and seeded
- 3/4 cup pico de gallo
- 3 oz chopped jalapenos
- 1 medium avocado diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup low fat cheddar cheese shredded
- ¼ cup cilantro
Instructions
- Mix black beans, pico de gallo and avocado and season with salt and pepper
- Arrange the peppers on a baking sheet, fill with the filling, sprinkle on cheese and broil until cheese is melted, about 2-4 minutes
- Serve with garnished cilantro
