  • 15 oz can chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • OR to replace the top 3 ingredients 10oz. container of pre-made plain hummus


  • Combine ingredients and serve with veggies (celery, carrots, peppers, snap peas, cauliflower)
