Serving Size: 2 pancakes


  • 1 package Profile Banana Cream Pie Shake mix
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 T. P3 (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ c. water or unsweetened almond milk


  1. Combine shake mix, baking powder, and cinnamon or P3 in a small bowl. Stir to combine.
  2. Add water and whisked egg; stir lightly until combined.
  3. Spray a griddle pan with vegetable oil spray and place over medium-high heat. Drop one pancake onto a hot griddle.
  4. When holes appear in the center of pancake, flip over and continue cooking until golden brown. Repeat for additional batter.
