  1. Combine shake mix and baking powder in a small bowl. Stir to combine.
  2. Add water and a whisked egg; stir lightly until combined.
  3. Spray a griddle pan with vegetable oil spray and place over medium-high heat.
  4. Drop one pancake onto a hot griddle.
  5. When holes appear in the center of the pancake, flip over and continue cooking until golden brown. Repeat for the additional batter.
  6. Drizzle with sugar-free maple syrup. Enjoy!

  • 1 lb. cauliflower
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Steam cauliflower until fork tender.
  2. Brown hamburger while cauliflower is cooking. Drain off grease.
  3. Add cauliflower, seasonings, and cheese in with the hamburger.
