There is No One-Size-Fits-All Solution to Weight Loss

Profile® by Sanford® is a weight loss program you can trust. Depending on a member’s personal goals and health history, each member is placed into one of five protocols that form the foundation for lasting weight loss. We take the time to learn about you, your lifestyle, your preferences, and your metabolism so that our Certified Profile Coaches can create a healthy weight loss plan rooted in evidence and research. Each plan and protocol was developed in collaboration with the Profile Clinical and Scientific Advisory Board, a group of top researchers and physicians at Sanford Health.

The Reboot Plan

Profile’s Reboot Protocol is a safe and effective plan to help members reach a healthy weight while developing the skills to maintain weight loss. A high protein, low carbohydrate, low-fat nutrition plan provides a simple, easy-to-follow structure while you work with your Profile Coach to increase physical activity and make healthy lifestyle changes

The Balance Plan

Profile’s Balance Protocol is designed for individuals with unique medical histories or special dietary needs. A Certified Profile Coach will review your health history to determine if this plan is right for you. In some cases, a referral from a physician may be required to begin your journey to lasting lifestyle change.

The Mom Plan

Profile’s Mom Protocol is designed specifically to help with healthy weight gain during pregnancy and to support weight loss after baby arrives. Many women join Profile to lose weight prior to becoming pregnant, but once a woman is expecting, a Certified Profile Coach will transition mom-to-be to our Mom Protocol.

The Perform Plan

Profile’s Perform Protocol was designed for those who want to be all in with an active lifestyle. A nutrition plan, complete with Profile Perform workout nutrition, is developed to support members who enjoy more intense workouts. Perform plans are highly customized to fit the nutritional needs that your active lifestyle demands.

The Teen Plan

Profile’s Teen Protocol developed in close collaboration with experts at Sanford Children’s, helps children ages 8 to 17 develop healthy habits on their journey to young adulthood. Physician referral and parental consent is required, and members under the age of 16 must have a parent present for all appointments.
