How We Support You

You’re going to love our “tech-stack.” Between the Journey App, smart scale, and 3D body scan you’ll be set up for success with the best and brightest in modern weight loss technology. We also offer a DNA test that tells you your body’s ability to burn and process carbs and fats. This allows us to create a nutrition plan that works with your metabolism.

One-on-One Coaching

You’ll work one-on-one with a health coach who will take the guesswork out of eating for success. Your coach is there to answer questions, tweak your plan as needed, hold you accountable to your goals, and help you break old habits while you create new ones. Meet with your coach in-person or virtually—whatever works best for you.
