The Diet Struggle
Emily had struggled for years to find a solution to help her lose weight. She tried almost every diet, every fitness fad, and every ‘miracle pill,’ but nothing stuck. At one point, she was taking up to 10 diet supplements a day to try to lose weight.
“I was unhappy with the way I felt and looked. I was frustrated on a daily basis because I couldn’t be an active participant in my own life. I felt like I was on the sidelines, watching everyone live the lives they wanted, while I was limited in almost every aspect.”
Time for a Change
Emily first heard of Profile on the radio when a member was discussing their weight loss and the results they were getting. The members coach was describing the science behind Profile, and gave Emily a good idea on what the program was about.
Emily became a member in January of 2015, and quickly discovered her love of Profile. She realized it was much more than a diet. Profile gave her the options she needed.

Members have the best results when they are meeting regularity with their coaches. Emily discovered this first hand as her coach was there for her to keep her on track. Her coach helped her move past her struggles and set realistic goals.

A Lifestyle Change
Emily realized living a healthy lifestyle isn’t just about proper nutrition when started to incorporate activity into her lifestyle. Starting out light, she began watching on demand workout videos and started walking. With her energy level increasing, Emily began working out every day. Some days she would have longer workouts and others just 15 minutes. She then hit another milestone when she entered her first race.
“My sister and law and I ran our first 5k last month for fun, and are planning on running another one in March*. Because of the intensity of my workouts, my nutrition needs have changed- thankfully Profile is so easily adaptable that my coach worked them into my plan.”
Emily knows she can keep the weight off. She has the confidence and knowledge to keep going; to eat smart and make good decisions. Through Profile, she learned her weaknesses and how to manage them.
