Tanner: Store Manager

Hey There! My name is Tanner and I have the opportunity and privilege to manage our Rapid City location of Profile. I moved from the East side of the state where I was working as a nurse in 2017 to come out and open this location with my wife! Having the opportunity to work with a talented staff and walking alongside members in the health and wellness journey makes every day of my job a delight. Additionally, I work with many employers, health care clinics, and organizations to help support our community from a health minded perspective.

As a coach, I love the uniqueness each member carries. The opportunity they are providing us as a health coach to join them in their journey is viewed as an honor. I love diving deeper in conversations and providing members with an attentive listening ear, often times our member come up with their own solutions. Most people listen with the intent to respond, but listening to understand is really what I strive for. Additionally, there are times that problem solving and providing suggestions based on evidence comes into play. Ultimately, I have the chance to help guide members to their goals all while helping to provide tools to make their changes sustainable, which is extremely rewarding!

My favorite shake is the chocolate Brownie, all of our bars are great and the jalapeno chips give me that savory twist when needed!

Brandi: Senior Coach

My name is Brandi Hart and I'm a Senior Coach with Profile Plan Rapid City. I have about 7.5 years of coaching experience with Profile, and I feel so blessed for each and every member I have been able to meet with over the years. Profile has provided me with the unique opportunity to live out my vision of spreading kindness and health knowledge to others. My background is a Bachelor's degree in Health, Physical, Education, and Recreation with minors in Nutrition and Public Health from South Dakota State University. I also hold an ACE Health Coach Certification. 

I believe time is the most precious gift we have, and focusing on healthy behavior change helps us to extend this gift and live in our true identity. I love to get to know each member's personal values and be able to tie their health goals into what's most important to them to help guide their steps. Recognizing non-scale victories really ties into this and is also one of the most rewarding parts of being a Health Coach. My goal as a coach is to bring a positive outlook and connection to each member as they seek their personal health goals and improve balance in their lives. 

My favorite Profile foods are the Protein Chips and Vanilla Caramel Bars. I also love our vanilla shake mixed with chai or matcha tea!

TJ: Senior Coach

Hello! My name is TJ, and I am a Senior Health Coach with Profile. I graduated with a bachelors on Health Sciences, specializing in Healthy Lifestyle Coaching. Coaching has been such a rewarding experience as I'm able to help people achieve their health and wellness goals. I always knew that I wanted to work in the field of health, and helping people is something that's important to me. Being a coach at Profile allows me to do both. 

My coaching style is really understanding who you are, and what you're wanting to achieve through making connections and relating at a personal level. I truly believe that making connections allows you to spread all kinds of positivity as you take time to know someone and their needs. I like to dig deep into what my member's motivations are and use that as their fuel. Also, be able to establish healthy habits to keep moving forward towards their goals. Through resources and my knowledge, I use these tools to make sure I am setting you up for success. Whether it's nutrition, activity, or healthy behaviors, I will make sure to cover these bases to allow you to reach your optimal health and wellness. 

Our Cookies & Cream protein shake, and our Lemon protein bar are my two favorite foods at Profile. (P.S. The Lemon bar pairs well with coffee! So, if you're a coffee drinker like me, try it out as it'll be a great way to start your day!)

Dephne: Certified Health Coach

Hi, my name is Dephne. I’m a health coach here at Profile Plan Rapid City. What I love most about working at Profile is being able to empower my members to take control of their health and lifestyle goals.  I love to hear about their non-scale victories, their smaller, daily triumphs as they work toward success.  I use a friendly, collaborative, encouraging coaching style to help keep my members on-track. 

Building relationships, celebrating successes and learning from failures is fundamental in the way I approach coaching.  Getting healthy and staying that way is not a fad diet or something you do for a few weeks.  It’s a lifestyle, a journey not a destination. 

My goal for every coaching session is for my members to leave feeling better and more confident than when they came in.  

My favorite Profile foods are the Profile Vanilla Cake Batter shake mixed with Profile P3, or Bengal Spice tea.

Thomas: Certified Health Coach

My name is Thomas Scherbarth, and being a Profile health coach has been, and continues to be, one of the most rewarding experiences I could have ever invested in!  

My passion for health and wellness started when I was playing football in college, and during my freshman year, I weighed almost three hundred twenty pounds. After I quit playing, I realized that I wanted to make that change, and really prioritize my health. After almost two years, I was able to lose over half of my bodyweight and get down to 170 pounds. From there, I grew further in my passion for health and wellness to where I am today. This experience granted me the relatability and the passion I bring to the coaching room. Going through my own health journey has prepared me for being a coach in so many ways! Motivation and inspiration are things I pride myself on being able to bring to my meetings with members!  

My favorite Profile foods are the Almond bar, Oatmeal Raisin bar, Banana Cream Pie and Chocolate Fudge Brownie shakes! Also, the lemon pudding is one of my favorite options as well!

Austin: Certified Health Coach

My name is Austin and being a health coach is quite an exciting opportunity each new day. You are able to connect with individuals on where they are at and why it is important for them to commit to a healthier lifestyle. Your identity to health is so important for sustainable results and being able to fulfill that “why” through your Journey is one of the most fulfilling experiences.

My identity to health came from athletics growing up, as well as the lifestyle of a college athlete for a couple years. It has always been my mission to serve others in ways that I can and working through Profile I have that opportunity each new day. Being able to connect with other individuals has always been a strong suit for me and I enjoy that connection to understand where you are at and where you are looking to go. Profile is equipped with all the tools it takes to make a healthy lifestyle sustainable and the coaching aspect is what really makes a difference to accountability, as well as long term success. You find out that your support and environments dictate a lot of your behaviors/habits. My health Journey has grown so much working in such an uplifting environment, and you can see that same effect each new day working with members who are committed to success. “It’s about the life you gain, not the weight that you lose”.

My favorite Profile foods would have to be the Brownie shake, the S’mores bar, and the Perform pre & post workout supplements! Profile’s foods are top-notch quality when it comes to ingredients, taste, and overall satisfaction.
