Your health coach works with you to make sure your meal plan is driving the results you want. If you aren't losing weight or satisfied with your results, your coach will make tweaks to make sure you are happy and successful.

Che Found Success During COVID-19 With Help From His Health Coach
That and so many things in his life have changed since starting his health journey with Profile by Sanford. Che has lost 60 pounds* – all during a global pandemic. “At the start of COVID-19, there were the shutdowns and the emotions of that, and I was overeating even more than usual. I didn’t even know how much the pandemic was weighing on me.”
Che didn’t always feel so confident. “I was hopeful before I started, but I was leery. I had been on diets before, and I’d do it for a month and then put the pounds back on.” That wasn’t the case this time. He found partnering with the same nutrition coach his entire journey to be very helpful. “I don’t know if I could have done it without that accountability. She’s just a wealth of information. Lori Got a Second Chance at Life With Profile
Lori Kubitz’s suffered from a heart attack and survived. “I had the kind called a widowmaker because it’s a 100 percent blockage of the LAD (left anterior descending) artery,” Lori said. “When that happens, usually only 5 percent of people survive.” As Lori recovered and dealt with the aftermath of her heart attack – including emotional stress and depression – she realized she wanted to make a life change. “You go through lots of emotions.
