According to the Calorie Control Council, the average American consumes more than 4,500 calories and 229 grams of fat during a typical Thanksgiving dinner with the turkey and all the trimmings.
We want members to enjoy their Thanksgiving feasts. While food is delicious, we must remember not to eat solely for pleasure.
