We recognize taking the first step to start a weight-loss journey can be hard. At Profile by Sanford, we strive to make that easier by offering a free, no-obligation coach consultation. At this initial meeting, our goal is to get to know you, show you how Profile can help achieve your weight-loss goals, give an in-depth look at our program, and answer any questions you may have.
Step 1 – Meet with a Profile coach
A consultation can either be done at a Profile store closest to you or virtually via phone or video chat. Whether you do your meeting in-person or virtually, you’ll have the chance to meet a Profile coach to see what working 1-on-1 with a health coach is like. Read on to learn more about what you can expect at your consult.
Step 2 – We get to know you
Before we talk anything Profile, we really want to get to know you. To start, you will fill out a health and lifestyle questionnaire. Your answers are kept confidential and are used to help your coach determine the nutrition plan right for you.
We also want to learn about your goals, needs, wants, and motivations. It’s important for us to understand “your why” as well as your current lifestyle. We’ll also ask what you’ve tried in the past and what you found challenging about those options. This conversation will help identify what is needed to set you up for success.
Step 3 – Learn more about the program
Next, we will show you what a Profile membership includes. We will explain how each part of your membership contributes to overall weight-loss success. You will then see what a personalized meal plan looks like. We’ll go over what you can expect to be eating on a daily basis and share what food Profile offers.
We will also show you our educational path to success. This education will help you learn healthy lifestyle habits, grow, and stay engaged on your weight-loss journey. You will meet 1-on-1 with your health coach and work on weekly educational modules that will fuel your results. Another point of discussion will be Profile’s smart-tracking technology—from the scale to the Journey App—and how each item is helpful on a path to sustainable weight loss. There will then be time for answering any questions you may have.
Step 4 – Become a Profile member
If you’re feeling like Profile is the right fit for you after this conversation, we can get you started that same day. Your coach will create your customized meal plan, assist with setting your initial goals, help you select the tools needed to start your journey successfully, and get you set-up with the membership that works best for you. Coaching is a huge part of your potential success, so your upcoming coaching appointments will also be scheduled.
