Join Profile members across the country on an 8-week healthy holiday challenge. The challenge will focus on wellness in 6 areas: physical, social, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and environmental.

How to Keep Track of Your Points

Download the tracker to keep track of your points during the challenge. The tracker explains what activities you can do to earn points. Write down points based on certain areas of wellness. Take your tracker to your coaching appointment to get points earned validated.

How the Healthy Holiday Challenge Works

Here is what you need to know about the challenge and participating:

Earn points by doing activites
Couple taking part in activities.
You can earn points for doing certain activities that align with the six areas of wellness. For example, volunteering for an organization of your choice is spiritual wellness and will earn you 10 points. See the tracker for activities and points.

Track Your Points

Keep track of the points you earn during the challenge on the tracker. Each of the six wellness areas have a space on the tracker so you can count your points per focus.

Show Your Coach

Once you have done some activities and tracked your points, show your coach at the end of your coaching session to get your points validated.
