National Noodle + Sauce Month - Caprese Noodles

It is National Noodle Month AND National Sauce Month. Talk about something to celebrate! As a salute, Profile will be releasing our favorite pasta recipes throughout the month of March. Your taste buds will say "Mamma Mia" and you’ll stay on track to reach your health goals with these scrumptious recipes from Profile!

Servings: 4


  • 1 package Profile Spaghetti
  • ¼ cup Profile Rosemary Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 ½ tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls, quartered if large
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped


  1. Prepare Profile Spaghetti according to instructions.
  2. In a large bowl, toss pasta in olive oil and seasonings. Let marinade for 15 minutes
  3. Add tomatoes, mozzarella and basil to pasta and toss until combined.
  4. Drizzle pasta with Rosemary Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing and serve.
