Grilled Summer Squash

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. Profile Simply the Zest seasoning
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 large zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch-thick slices

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a bowl, toss to coat well. Arrange zucchini in a single layer on pan. Grill for 4 minutes turning half way through. Enjoy!
