Ingredients:

  • 1 package Profile Chocolate Brownie Shake
  • ½ cup water or unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp. P3
  • Sliced banana (optional)
  • Chia seeds (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a glass bowl or mason jar.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight or microwave for 60 seconds to enjoy warm.
