Serving Size: 2 pancakes
- 1 package Profile Banana Cream Pie Shake mix
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1 T. P3 (optional)
- 1 egg
- ¼ c. water or unsweetened almond milk
- Combine shake mix, baking powder, and cinnamon or P3 in a small bowl. Stir to combine.
- Add water and whisked egg; stir lightly until combined.
- Spray a griddle pan with vegetable oil spray and place over medium-high heat. Drop one pancake onto a hot griddle.
- When holes appear in the center of pancake, flip over and continue cooking until golden brown. Repeat for additional batter.
