dinners, or parties. Stay strong! Part of the Profile Promise is being

next time you find yourself in a situation that calls for some extra willpower:
Bring A Dish:
One easy way to regain control over food offerings at an office lunch or
party is to bring your own dish. Select a healthy option that works for
you and your plan, and will be a nice option for other guests who are
also mindful of their health goals.
The Magic Glass of Water:
Hold a glass of water in your dominant hand. This will make it more difficult
to grab readily available food, due to the fact that you are already holding
a glass of water. Instead of grabbing snacks you don’t need, you
can take a refreshing gulp of hydrating water. It’s a win-win.
Eat Before You Party:
If you’re already satisfied when the party begins, you’ll be
less likely to binge on food that isn’t in line with your plan.
Filling up on the Profile goodness beforehand will help you stay strong
when tempted with party foods!
Go for Gum:
If you can’t tell, many of these tips center around keeping your
