Profile Cheeseburger Cauliflower - Submitted by Profile Member Jacky Kurzendoerfer Petitjean
Cauliflower is one of the most versatile vegetables out there and a great vitamin-rich source of fiber. It can be used to make pizza crust, as a healthy alternative to rice or, in this case, as a worthy compliment to ground beef. Dress up that cauliflower and create a cheesy meal that also works great as a side dish - your taste buds will thank you!
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 lb. cauliflower
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- Steam cauliflower until fork tender.
- Brown hamburger while cauliflower is cooking. Drain off grease.
- Add cauliflower, seasonings, and cheese in with the hamburger.
Tips: I added onions and chopped garlic and celery salt not garlic salt to mine but you can make it your own.
