INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lg. pkg. Sugar Free Lime Jell-O
  • 3 cups boiling Water
  • 2 T. grated Onion
  • 2 T. Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • dash of Black Pepper
  • dash Paprika
  • 1 Cucumber peeled and diced
INSTRUCTIONS
  • In a serving bowl or pan dissolve Jell-O in boiling water
  • Add vinegar, onion, salt, pepper, and paprika
  • Let sit until room temperature, then add cucumber.
  • Refrigerate until set about 3 hours.
