Serving size: 1 T.
- ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 T. Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 ½ T. RealLemon Juice (carb free and in the juice else)
- 1 t. honey
- 1 t. extra-virgin Olive oil
- ½ t. oregano, dried
- ½ t. Garlic, minced
- Salt and freshly ground black Pepper, to taste
- Combine yogurt, milk, RealLemon juice, honey, oil, oregano and garlic in
a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
