Cheddar Broccoli and Veggie Soup

Serving Size: 2 cups


  • 1 27g pkg. of Profile Cheddar Broccoli Soup
  • 9 oz. of boiling water; mix as directed


  1. Add: 2 cups Vegetable Steamers: Kale; Broccoli; Mixed Vegetables; Cauliflower or Asparagus
  2. Stir in ½ tsp. Soy Sauce add Salt and Pepper to taste
  3. If you like it spicy add some Louisiana Hot Sauce or Sriracha to taste

To serve two; serve soup with an additional 1 cup lettuce salad and 1 fat each for a complete Reboot Reduce meal. This soup is great for a lunch meal on
any phase, if you are doing a 15g shake for lunch you can share as this would then serve 2 people -15g protein each.

Profile Exchange: 4 oz. Very Lean Protein; 4-vegetable servings or 2 –cups vegetables; 1.25 fat serving; 1-15g Carb serving
